Under the direction of the Power Plant Outage Superintendent, the Project Manager plans and oversees maintenance outages, major inspections, reliability initiatives, lifecycle replacement programs, and capital projects for generation assets. The role provides technical and project leadership to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of generation equipment while ensuring compliance, operational performance, and long-term asset reliability. The Project Manager supports the reliability and performance of the Company's generation assets by managing maintenance outages, major inspections, reliability initiatives, lifecycle replacement programs, and capital improvement projects. Under the direction of the Power Plant Outage Superintendent, the role provides technical, outage management, and project leadership for a broad range of generation equipment and systems, ensuring work is executed effectively from planning through completion. The Outage Engineer is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, contractors, and resources while applying industry standards and best practices to achieve operational, safety, reliability, quality, and financial objectives.
