About The Position

Infinity Natural Resources (NYSE: INR), an oil and gas exploration and production company rooted in the Appalachian Basin, is seeking a Project Manager to support the growth and complexity of its Operations and Midstream project portfolio. This role will serve as a central point of coordination for key project stakeholders, driving major AFE and operational projects from definition through closeout. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized project leader capable of managing complex workstreams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and providing leadership with accurate project insights regarding schedules, risks, budgets, and overall status. This is a hybrid position based in Morgantown, WV, requiring three days a week in the office and regular field presence for project activity and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of project management or project coordination experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
  • Experience developing schedules, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and identifying project risks or constraints.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, operations, or a related industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software and reporting systems preferred; experience with Monday.com and SiteView is a plus.
  • PMP certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Operations and Midstream projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from project definition through closeout.
  • Coordinate activities across Surface Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Construction, Midstream, Water Transfer, and Operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Monday.com, while tracking progress, constraints, risks, and critical path activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and status updates through PMO systems.
  • Support budget development and monitor project expenditures using SiteView.
  • Facilitate project meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project priorities and next steps.
  • Support project bidding, contractor coordination, and project closeout activities.
  • Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to support effective decision-making.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across project management processes.
