About The Position

WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator to support large-scale projects and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. This is a 1-year contract assignment located in Miami, FL. The role is not primarily focused on testing but on managing project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will report to the onsite Manager.

Requirements

5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience
Proven ability to manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting
Experience supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities
Experience in completing deliverables accurately and on time
Ability to provide clear, concise, and leadership-ready reporting
Ability to proactively identify and address risks and issues
Ability to ensure stakeholders remain aligned, informed, and accountable
Ability to manage ORT activities with a high degree of quality and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
