This role is for an individual who enjoys juggling many project timelines and schedules, ensures clear communications across internal and external teams, and sees projects through from start to completion. The ideal candidate prides themselves on finding innovative solutions to problems, can identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts and operational roadblocks, keeps all stakeholders updated during a project (including leadership), and can keep others on track and coordinate resources and people to complete the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience in construction supply or industrial distribution
• Experience working directly with general contractors and/or municipalities

Responsibilities

• Juggling many project timelines and schedules
• Ensuring clear communications across internal and external teams
• Seeing a project through from start to completion
• Finding innovative solutions to problems
• Identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts and operational roadblocks
• Keeping all stakeholders updated during a project, including leadership
• Keeping others on track and coordinating resources and people to complete the project
