Requirements

Professional degree in Architecture.
7+ years of architectural experience with increasing project leadership responsibilities.
Experience leading complex commercial projects through all phases of design and construction.
Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, scheduling, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
Proficient in Revit and current design technologies.
Experienced presenting to clients and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Nice To Haves

Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
