Little is a transdisciplinary design firm driven by one belief: great design has the power to elevate people, organizations, and communities. We're seeking a Project Architect to join our Mixed-Use | Workplace Studio in Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; Durham, NC; or Orlando, FL. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of workplace design—from visionary corporate headquarters and mixed-use destinations to innovative speculative office environments that redefine how people work, connect, and thrive. At Little, we don't simply deliver projects—we create places that perform. We challenge conventional thinking, embrace new technologies, and collaborate across disciplines to design environments that anticipate what's next. If you're energized by solving complex design challenges, mentoring others, and seeing your ideas become reality, we'd love to meet you.
