Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, data operations, or operational projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple business units.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and service providers
  • Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of direct mail, email, digital, trigger, and prescreen marketing campaigns.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, implementation schedules, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate detailed workflow activities across Analytics, Data Operations, IT, Print Production, Digital Ops, Creative Services, and Compliance teams.
  • Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
  • Facilitate campaign kickoff meetings and operational readiness reviews.
  • Oversee campaign file intake, validation, processing, quality control, and delivery activities.
  • Ensure compliance with file layouts, business rules, data specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate source data acquisition, suppression processing, segmentation, enhancement, and output generation.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to validate campaign selections, targeting criteria, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of campaign specifications and client-requested changes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
  • Lead status meetings and provide regular updates regarding project milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Manage client expectations and facilitate decision-making during project execution.
  • Coordinate approvals for campaign files, creative assets, test results, and production releases.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
