The Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review facilitates the management of Advertising & Promotional materials as they pertain to the U.S. Commercial MRP (Material Review Process). This role requires Spanish Language proficiency. The Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review ensures the facilitation of cross-functional team (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, others) review and approval of advertising materials, promotional materials, sales training materials, and promotional labeling materials. This role involves managing cross-functional team members and advertising agencies, maintaining open communication of material status, providing tactical support and project timeline oversight, and offering consulting and training support to team members using the MRP. The role also ensures timely review of all promotional, non-promotional materials through U.S. Commercial, Medical reviewers, Regulatory reviewers, and other key stakeholders. Additionally, the Project Manager provides key support for solutions and contingency plans to facilitate business success, holds self and team accountable for results, serves as a mentor, coaches others on the MRP, and proactively provides consulting, expertise, and MRP process training. The role also involves evaluating and updating processes to adapt to a changing environment and optimize efficiencies, coordinating logistics for timely production, fulfillment, and shipment of materials.
