This role will support a variety of business initiatives, including coordination and execution related to new product launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • Experience supporting new product launches or product development projects
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or related environments
  • Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to deadlines and budget requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support project activities related to new product development and product launch initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams throughout project lifecycles
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage project scope and change requests while minimizing impact on timelines and costs
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
  • Ensure projects comply with company standards, procedures, and quality expectations
  • Track project performance metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts within project management processes
