This role is responsible for managing full lifecycle project delivery within either Life Safety Systems (LSS) or Telecom infrastructure environments. The position works closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The individual will serve as a key point of coordination and communication across all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong project management experience within Life Safety Systems (LSS) or Telecom infrastructure environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in complex, fast-paced settings.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Effective risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Relevant certifications in Life Safety Systems or Telecom preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with client and business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, operations, and vendors.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to maintain schedule and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all project phases.
Track and report project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
Lead meetings, project reviews, and communications to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned across projects.
Support procurement activities, contract management, and change order processes.
Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
