The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the successful migration of a statewide legacy learning management system (LMS) serving over 60,000 users to a new platform. This role will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, stakeholder coordination, and post-launch stabilization. The Project Manager will work closely with the LMS vendor, state agency information technology teams, and program stakeholders to ensure the system meets operational, training, and compliance needs. Internally the Project Manager will work with unit leadership and stakeholders to establish policies for instructional design, and categorization, life cycle, maintenance, and sunsetting of learning opportunities.
