Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in Project Management, specifically with complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strategic thinking aptitude to bridge operational tasks with business goals.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Expertise in organizational tools and time management methodologies.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycles, overseeing complex deliverables and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams, providing clear guidance to ensure project success.
  • Engage with stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication to maintain alignment.
  • Align program activities with the overall organizational strategies and long-term goals.
  • Identify complex problems and resolve conflicts using data-driven decision-making.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously by applying strong time management and organizational techniques.
