The Junior Project Manager will proactively manage small projects, including minor construction, minor refresh, and security/IT coordination projects. This role also involves managing non-project one-off facility requests such as remediation and repairs to existing facilities (e.g., HVAC, IAQ, Signage, Water Damage), as well as one-off furniture (FF&E) requests, including their replacement or additions. Key responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and scope development to implementation, execution, and close-out. This includes developing project schedules, managing sketches, specifications, and drawings for client and property manager approvals, preparing meeting materials, leading meetings, and maintaining project budgets. The Junior Project Manager will also be responsible for advising management on organizational changes and financial commitments, coordinating vendor RFQs and RFPs, tracking FF&E orders, proactively managing project risks and issues, and reviewing all change orders and invoices. Maintaining high qualitative and quantitative standards for work performance and accurate electronic files in compliance with client standards is a critical aspect of the role.
