PCI is seeking an experienced Joinery, Project Manager for its West Coast Marine operations based in Seattle, WA. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing our joinery product line with a team of project engineers and estimators. They will oversee the recruitment and training of field and operations team members and actively participate in the safety culture of the branch, understanding and following all PCI guidelines related to the corporate safety program. The role requires accountability for Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program for assigned projects. Responsibilities include preparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, coordinating activities to maximize productivity and efficiency, verifying estimates, ordering materials, and pricing change orders. The Project Manager will create and implement job schedules, coordinate with field supervisors and foremen, and communicate issues to negotiate the optimal position for the trade in the work sequence. They will perform labor control on assigned projects, assist in selecting vendors, coordinate materials and equipment, and manage subcontractors through buyout, contracts, and work sequencing, including billings and change orders. Financial accountability includes completing job cost control measures through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs) and supporting the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.
