About The Position

The Project Manager IV is responsible for the management and oversight of assigned contracts for adherence to contract requirements and company policies and procedures in the successful performance of assigned accounting units (AUs). Responsible for the fiscal performance of the AU(s) to promote maximum efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in facility maintenance (FM) or related services.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or related experience with multi-craft maintenance organizations.
Expert knowledge/experience of work described in contract operations
Ability to manage multiple contract sites with varying services
Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state they reside, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy.
Must be able to meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
Experience in the following is preferred; Army DPW Operations, BASOPS contracts, Utilities and facilities maintenance, GFEBs or CMMS systems, and Federal contracts.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Training completion is preferred.
Former DPW or Military facilities experience is preferred.
Secret Clearance or Eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance is preferred.
