About The Position
Blentech Corporation, a world leader in custom food processing technology, is seeking a Project Manager IV. This role involves managing high-value projects and elevating the company's project delivery standards. The Project Manager IV will oversee critical, multi-million dollar global accounts, acting as a liaison between executive strategy and shop-floor execution, making high-stakes decisions, and driving continuous improvement in the project management lifecycle.
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of PM experience in capital equipment, industrial manufacturing, or heavy engineering
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ individual project budgets
- BS in Engineering or a related technical field is required
- Deep understanding of stainless-steel fabrication, automation integration, and thermodynamics
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues alongside Engineering and Fabrication teams
- PMP certification is required
- Master negotiator capable of navigating difficult conversations with C-suite executives
- Ability to anticipate shifts in priorities and build contingency plans
- Ability to lead diverse teams through high-pressure timelines
Nice To Haves
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement certification is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the most complex, high-risk, or "first-of-its-kind" systems from Sales hand-off through commissioning
- Act as a strategic partner to global customers, identifying opportunities for expanded scope and long-term partnership during the build cycle
- Full P&L responsibility for assigned projects, analyzing margin trends and implementing cost-saving strategies across the project portfolio
- Serve as a mentor to Level I-III PMs, identifying bottlenecks in the "Concept to Commissioning" workflow and championing process improvements
- Orchestrate massive, multi-phase logistics and installation schedules that require precision timing across international borders and complex site conditions
