About The Position

As a global technology leader, Qualcomm enables intelligent computing everywhere from smartphones and PCs to automotive, IoT, networking, and edge AI platforms. Our innovations in high-performance, low-power computing, connectivity, and on-device artificial intelligence (AI) power the products and services shaping the future of technology. Come join the Engineering & Infrastructure Services (EIS) organization at Qualcomm IT. EIS plays a critical role in enabling Qualcomm's business by delivering the infrastructure, platforms, analytics, and services that support engineering innovation, global operations, and enterprise scale. Our teams ensure that Qualcomm employees and partners operate on secure, reliable, and modern infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) within EIS and supports infrastructure, analytics, and GenAI-enabled initiatives. The IT Project Manager drives planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of IT projects, partnering closely with senior project managers, Scrum teams, and technical leads. The role emphasizes operational execution, Agile delivery, structured project tracking, data-driven insights, and clear stakeholder communication, with hands-on involvement in enterprise infrastructure and emerging AI-enabled workflows in a fast-paced, global technology environment. Serves as the operational backbone for an IT infrastructure team, coordinating day-to-day work, running Agile ceremonies, and keeping cross-functional tasks moving on time. Provides leadership, direction, and coaching to team members on assigned work; communicates expectations, priorities, and status clearly to the team and stakeholders in a timely fashion. Operates effectively in a quickly changing environment, balancing recurring operational rhythms with ad-hoc requests. This role is hands-on with team operations and Agile delivery rather than focused on standalone large-program management.
