The Project Manager, Institutional Giving is responsible for the operational success of the Institutional Giving program, including foundation, corporate, and select government funding opportunities. Serving as the central coordinator for institutional fundraising efforts, this role supports the planning and execution of fundraising strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and goals. Partnering closely with development officers, grant writers, physicians, researchers, clinicians, foundation leadership, and administrative stakeholders across Swedish and Providence, the Project Manager manages the full institutional giving lifecycle, including prospect research, opportunity assessment, proposal development, submission, stewardship, reporting, and renewal. Leveraging prospect intelligence and fundraising data, the role helps identify and advance a complex portfolio of institutional funding opportunities while ensuring timely execution of proposals and compliance with funder requirements.
