About The Position

Drive the successful execution of imaging system installation projects by leading end-to-end coordination between customers, internal teams, and site readiness activities. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination for imaging system installations including MRI, CT, X-ray, and Image-Guided Therapy systems. You will develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resource coordination, and site readiness to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. You will monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track and aligned to customer expectations. You will partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to support order execution, revenue forecasting, and overall customer satisfaction. You will ensure customer sites meet technical and operational requirements (e.g., drawings, specifications, infrastructure readiness) prior to installation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills include project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, environmental), including reading floor plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently, communicate effectively across diverse teams, and adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

  • Construction or healthcare equipment experience preferred.
