Our Program and Construction Management division has an need for a Project Manager/Inspector in Tuxedo, NY (Palisades Region). Come join our team! Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful project management experience
  • Bridge work experience/bridge expertise required
  • Experience with structural restorations, reinforcing substructures, and steel components
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 Minimum Certification
  • General understanding of Public Works Projects

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or CCM Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of a park project in an occupied setting
  • Communication skills to work directly with the client.
  • Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.
  • Manage contractor compliance with documents.
  • Manage multiple-contractor projects.
  • Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to record field activities, including completed work, contractor issues, material delivery, and installation.
  • Review contract drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure all work conforms to contract requirements
