We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of projects across the UK. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while supporting commercial performance and business growth. Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience
• Strong Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) knowledge
• Experience delivering installation projects in industrial refrigeration
• Solid understanding of ammonia & CO₂ systems
• Knowledge of PSSR, BS EN378, DSEAR, and CDM Regulations
• Contract management and commercial awareness
• Ability to read P&ID drawings and schematics
• Strong communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver industrial refrigeration (IREF) projects end-to-end
• Manage multiple projects to meet financial targets, contract obligations, and customer expectations
• Own project P&L, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
• Identify risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Sales on bids, tenders, and pricing
• Ensure contracts are commercially sound and compliant
• Lead and develop installation and commissioning teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Champion Health & Safety and ensure compliance with UK regulations (PSSR, DSEAR, CDM)
