Ferguson is seeking a Project Manager (Industrial Plastics/HDPE) to join their team. This position will focus on Industrial EPC HDPE projects. While this role is office-based in La Porte, TX, remote work arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates who live outside the local commuting area. Requirements

Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management
Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred
Previous experience and/or knowledge of EPC business preferred
Knowledge of Industrial Plastics materials and processes
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously
Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization
Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project
Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan
