About The Position

AIR Communities is looking for a Project Manager III to join our eCustomer Marketing team at our corporate headquarters in Denver, CO. This role will lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives, assist in the development of marketing strategy to meet business objectives, and be responsible for executing key tasks and understanding day-to-day operations. The Project Manager III will collaborate across teams to manage project needs, meet timelines, conduct UAT, and analyze data. They will also communicate with 3rd party vendors to achieve improved business results and maintain high-quality standards. This role will pursue initiatives in AI technology, focusing on automation and intelligent systems. Key skills include excellent time management, communication, collaboration, priority setting, concept development, and multi-tasking. The Project Manager III will proactively seek and present business and technical opportunities to improve AIR Communities' marketing efforts, monitor competitor business intelligence, and stay current with industry trends. They will manage medium to large projects, potentially including developers and team members from other functional areas, and lead the implementation of marketing projects, including resource and project planning, execution, and status updates. A strong understanding of the department's marketing business and technical infrastructure is required, along with the ability to coordinate with team members to accomplish project objectives. This is an in-office, on-site position five days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of directly related experience in marketing program management.
  • Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward.
  • Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategy to meet business objectives.

  • Lead and manage the implementation of marketing projects, which includes resource and project planning, execution and status updates.
  • Possess knowledge of all aspects of the department’s marketing business and technical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with team members to accomplish project objectives.
