About The Position

The successful candidate will manage complex enterprise-wide healthcare technology projects involving multiple business units, executive stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. This role requires expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, budget oversight, and enterprise implementation within a public sector healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering Digital Health projects.
  • Minimum 5 years managing large-scale enterprise projects involving multiple business units and technical teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project governance, communication planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.
  • Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional project teams of five or more resources.
  • Minimum 5 years managing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Digital Health projects from initiation through implementation and transition.
  • Develop and manage project charters, project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and overall execution.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Lead project implementation, deployment planning, and operational transition activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, SMEs, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and briefing documents.
  • Monitor project performance using schedules, budgets, KPIs, and project metrics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage communication planning and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive Agile project delivery using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to provide project updates, strategic recommendations, and governance oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy, security, and organizational standards.
  • Support project documentation, project closure activities, and knowledge transfer.
