AIR Communities is looking for a Project Manager III to join our eCustomer Marketing team at our corporate headquarters in Denver, CO. This role will lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives, assist in developing marketing strategy to meet business objectives, and be responsible for executing key tasks and understanding day-to-day operations. The Project Manager III will collaborate across teams to manage project needs, meet timelines, conduct UAT, and analyze data. They will also communicate with 3rd party vendors to achieve improved business results and pursue initiatives in AI technology. Key skills include excellent time management, communication, collaboration, priority setting, concept development, and multi-tasking. The role involves proactively seeking and presenting business and technical opportunities, monitoring competitor business intelligence, and staying current with industry trends. Responsibilities include managing medium to large projects, potentially overseeing developers and team members from other functional areas, and leading the implementation of marketing projects with resource and project planning, execution, and status updates. The Project Manager III must possess knowledge of the department’s marketing business and technical infrastructure and coordinate with team members to accomplish project objectives. This is an in-office, on-site position five days per week.
