The Project Manager, III (PM, III) is responsible for project management of highly complex projects, and/or full implementation from initiation to closeout for a group of related projects, or subsidiary programs. The PM is ultimately accountable for ensuring the program/project is planned, executed and finalized according to agree upon scope, deadlines and approved budgets. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts between the institution’s team members and third-party suppliers in order to successfully deliver. The PM will ensure the program’s/project’s objectives are defined and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Houston Community College (HCC) is composed of 14 Centers of Excellence and numerous satellite centers that serve the diverse communities in the Greater Houston area by preparing individuals to live and work in an increasingly international and technological society. HCC is one of the country’s largest single-accredited, open-admission, community colleges offering associate degrees, certificates, workforce training, and lifelong learning opportunities.
