About The Position

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced IT Liaison to serve as a key connector between Airport Operations, Technology teams, project stakeholders, and contractors at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). In this role, you will help ensure airport technology projects are successfully coordinated and implemented while minimizing operational impacts across terminals and airport facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in airport operations, aviation programs, infrastructure projects, technology projects, or related environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at LAX or another large hub airport.
  • Experience supporting airport technology, infrastructure, or operational improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS, AODB, BHS, kiosks, gate systems, or related operational technologies.
  • Experience working with airlines, airport operators, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of PMWeb, Bluebeam, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • PMP, AAAE, LEED, PE, AICP, or other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Airport Operations, IT project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate technology project activities across multiple terminals and operational areas.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Identify potential operational impacts and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in project meetings, site walks, and operational briefings.
  • Track project milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with airline partners, airport stakeholders, and contractors to support project execution.
  • Support the integration of airport systems, equipment, and technology infrastructure.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure smooth project delivery and operational continuity.
