About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III – Technology (PMIS) to support one of the nation's largest public-sector capital improvement programs. This role will lead the implementation, modernization, and optimization of enterprise Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) that support large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems, PMIS platforms, capital programs, or construction technology initiatives.
  • Experience leading system implementations, migrations, or PMIS modernization projects.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, cost management, invoicing, and financial reporting processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including PMO, IT, Finance, Operations, consultants, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder), Deltek Costpoint, or similar PMIS/ERP platforms.
  • Experience supporting public agencies, higher education, transportation, utilities, or other large infrastructure programs.
  • Familiarity with construction accounting, contract management, and invoice approval workflows.
  • Experience with system testing, user training, change management, and post-go-live support.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PMIS implementation and modernization initiatives supporting major capital construction programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, project management teams, IT, finance, consultants, and vendors.
  • Support the transition from legacy PMIS platforms to Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder).
  • Coordinate system configuration, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support budgeting, invoicing, contract management, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and change management efforts.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics that improve project visibility and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and system enhancements across the organization.
