Arbor Research is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. This role involves creating and maintaining project work plans, monitoring milestones and budget/resource use, and re-estimating work plans based on various factors. The Project Manager II will also create project cost estimates, manage expenditures, negotiate resources with functional managers, and ensure the preparation of all project-related products. This position serves as the day-to-day liaison to clients or funding agencies, providing progress and budget reports. The role also involves contributing to strategic discussions, supporting the development of project management standards, and potentially serving as a proposal Project Manager. Additionally, the Project Manager II will provide mentorship to Project Coordinators and Project Associates and manage a variety of projects across different contract types, funding sources, scientific content, and programs.
