About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented professional who can anticipate project challenges, take initiative, and resolve issues creatively to ensure successful project delivery. This position is based in Minneapolis, MN and follows a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in project management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in facilities, oil & gas, or utilities industries is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and effectively communicate expectations, risks, and priorities to internal teams.
• Manage all project requirements to ensure alignment with client objectives and successful outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project deliverables by analyzing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resource needs, and sequencing tasks appropriately.
• Monitor project progress and regularly review tasks and deliverables to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Identify project risks and issues early, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively manage project scope, preventing scope creep and ensuring all changes are properly documented and approved.
• Oversee invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation from clients and vendors.
• Lead regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and client representatives to provide updates and maintain alignment.
