Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
- 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
Nice To Haves
- Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications
- Master's degree
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders.
- Provide direction and input on projects from design development stage through construction.
- Ensure Designers and Contractors are meeting CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements.
- Assist in facilitating coordination with other LAWA divisions and regulatory agencies (Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA, etc.) as appropriate.
- Assist in implementing messaging plan, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed.
