About The Position

The Project Manager I manages all projects for all assigned accounts in a professional and customer-focused manner, ensuring all work is planned and within compliance, customer specification, and ENTEGRA standards. This role supports sales activities during the Inquiry-to-order stages and is responsible for managing low to highly complex projects during the Order-to-remittance process, from handover to project close-out, aiming for industry-leading customer service and run success rates. Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent academic knowledge of project management principles, including scope definition, risk assessment, budget management, project reporting.
  • 5 years of technical experience in pipeline services (ILI preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of pipeline cleaning, operations, and inline inspection work.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT with working knowledge in project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Emphasizes an exceptional level of professionalism and safety with all internal/external customers.
  • Understands and regularly utilizes project management best practices.
  • Works with all stakeholders and supporting teams in accordance with the PM Standard to identify and mitigate project risk.
  • Minimizes and mitigates company exposure to risk on all projects.
  • Establishes, assigns, documents, and communicates specific project risk to all stakeholders.
  • Collects and reviews all ILI project information required from internal/external customers in efforts to execute successful ILI runs/projects.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Data Analysis, Data Sciences, Operations, to ensure proper job execution.
  • Works with other PM’s and the Management of Operations, Commercial and DA team to better understand and practice the Integrity Project Management role, responsibilities, best practices, and leadership.
  • Publishes supporting documents and communicates Stakeholder Meeting Notes for all projects.
  • Attends site visits and customer meetings, as necessary.
  • Identifies and coordinates required resources per the SOW.
  • Assigns individual responsibilities within the project team, including vendors, sub-contractors, field personnel, engineering etc.
  • Manages customer expectations relative to the job scope and specification, scope creep, work execution and project close-out.
  • Identifies & communicates incremental sales opportunities through project maturity & scope creep.
  • Captures potential contingency charges and drives their acceptance/denial on projects
  • Recommends process/procedure improvements to management.
  • Drives, reviews, and approves project-related invoices
  • Drives discussion on and supports the PAR/RCA process related to ILI runs
  • Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
