The Project Manager I is responsible for overseeing the completion of assigned projects according to schedule, budget, and within safety and quality standards while maintaining good partner, customer and vendor relationships in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. This role involves managing multiple complex trades from buyout through closeout, including bidding, negotiation, contract generation, change orders, scheduling, forecasting, submittals, and RFIs. The Project Manager I will also coordinate Holland associates and resources, assist in preparing cost projections and reports, ensure necessary permits are obtained, and help prepare proposals and estimates. Additionally, they will develop and manage project planning and scheduling, assist in negotiating subcontracts, prepare change orders, review construction documents, resolve punch list items, and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and safety expectations are met. The role requires providing leadership and guidance to subordinates, optimizing team effectiveness, and developing productive working relationships. A strong emphasis is placed on monitoring and enforcing job safety, representing Holland Partner Group professionally, and performing other duties as directed.
