About The Position

This role serves as a Project Manager for new RPM projects, managing scope, timeline, costs, quality standards, and trials. The Project Manager will also lead ad-hoc projects, serve as the point of contact for Sales Directors, and manage major product line transitions. Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support for category or customer-specific projects, facilitating sample and packaging requests, and utilizing RPM and project management processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, include leading cross-functional teams and initiatives is required.
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams.
  • Key competencies are motivating others, dealing with ambiguity, teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, customer focused, conflict management, and crucial conversation skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, prioritizing business needs effectively across projects.

  • Ability to support increasingly complex projects, problem solving skills and technical challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Willingness to pursue PMP or other Project Management Certification training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project manager for new RPM projects that range from short to long in duration, more complex and ambiguous, and/or low to med/high risk. Lead of project includes managing scope, timeline, costs, quality standards and trials.
  • Lead of ad-hoc projects includes managing timeline, costs, quality standards and applicable trials and samples. Be point of contact for Sales Directors.
  • Lead project manager for select major product lines transitions. This could include substrate, packaging and/or formulation changes.
  • Provide administrative support for category specific and/or customer specific projects such as facilitating sample requests and packaging requests.
  • Facilitation and use of RPM and project management processes, including related required documentation.
