About The Position
Comagine Health is seeking a Project Manager I to join our Data Solutions team. This position is responsible for managing defined projects or components of larger programs while supporting client-facing activities under the guidance of senior team members. The Project Manager I plays an important role in ensuring projects move forward efficiently by coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, facilitating meetings, tracking risks, and supporting communication with internal teams and external clients. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 1–2 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, public health, government, technology, or the private sector.

Responsibilities
- Manage well-defined projects or project workstreams using established processes, tools, and templates.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain RAID logs to track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to project teams and leadership.
- Support project budgeting by tracking basic expenses and staff hours.
- Monitor project expenditures and identify potential budget variances.
- Escalate financial or resource concerns to senior team members for review.
- Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate internal and client project meetings.
- Document decisions, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Support client communications by preparing updates, gathering information, and coordinating project logistics.
- Participate in client-facing discussions and build effective working relationships.
- Identify and document project risks, scope changes, issues, and potential barriers.
- Escalate project challenges to senior staff in a timely manner.
- Contribute to risk mitigation planning and problem-solving efforts.
