This role leads moderate to high complexity global HRIS projects and programs with multiple work streams. The Project Manager will partner with multiple HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other Business Units (BUs) to understand and scope business problems and requirements, and work with HR Technology resources to design, configure, and roll out HRIS solutions. The position establishes project goals, milestones, and procedures, defines roles and responsibilities, acquires project resources, and coordinates projects throughout the company and across regions. Responsibilities include leading project calls, assigning work, and managing projects to timeline and outcomes. As needed, the role optimizes processes end-to-end and leads process redesign by mapping current processes, designing future states, and developing and executing implementation and change management plans. The role also involves collecting, validating, and maintaining business requirements, providing regular updates to leadership, facilitating issue resolutions, conducting regular project calls, and delivering communication and training as necessary. The Project Manager monitors projects through all phases to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. They develop, maintain, and share required project management artifacts, such as project plans and team charters, and keep records in the Project Management and Project Time Tracking systems up to date. The role controls and evaluates changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control protocols to ensure approvals. It guides project oversight by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, and explaining processes and techniques. The Project Manager drives compliance to the project management governance framework and proactively identifies new trends and technologies for possible implementation, making recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes. Responsibilities include reporting and analyzing performance data, identifying project issues and problems, and addressing training gaps among HRT and stakeholder resources. As needed, the role collaborates with 3rd party vendors on project execution, participates in finalizing SOWs, and may be involved in supporting vendor invoice reconciliation. The role also implements process improvements from Lessons Learned on completed projects to new projects.
