About The Position

Honey Do Service of Franklin is seeking a Project Manager for their Home Repair Division to lead and grow residential service operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for sales, scheduling, team management, and job execution. The company has established lead flow, proven processes, and strong local market demand, and is looking for a leader to scale the division.

Requirements

• 7+ years in residential repair, handyman services, or light remodeling
• Experience leading jobs or crews (foreman, lead tech, project lead)
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and closing work
• Organized and understands scheduling, job costing, and profitability
• Driven by leadership, growth, and accountability

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, scope projects, and close work
• Build and manage weekly schedules for technicians
• Oversee multiple residential repair projects at once
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at a high standard
• Solve problems quickly and take ownership of results
• Drive revenue, profitability, and division growth
