About The Position

AECOM is actively seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager for our Boston, MA office. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Direct and manage the entire project lifecycle, providing guidance to subordinate managers, enforcing company and project policies, and serving as the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Ensure all project facets are constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget parameters, and established schedules. Maintain overall responsibility and management of projects from budgeting and scheduling phases through procurement and contract closeout. Exercise primary fiscal responsibility for assigned projects and serve as the key liaison with clients regarding financial and contractual matters. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline development, and risk identification and mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs), quality standards, and contractual obligations, implementing corrective actions as needed. Manage change orders, scope modifications, and contract variations while maintaining project budget integrity and schedule adherence. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of deliverables. Prepare and present regular status reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts to senior management and clients.

Requirements

BA/BS plus ten years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in leading projects meeting required quality, timeliness, and budget parameters.
Previous experience in maintaining client relationships.
Experienced in planning, design, and construction management.
Previous experience with Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) planning and design.
