About The Position

Precision AQ HEOR is seeking a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programs, focusing on Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) submissions, systematic literature reviews, statistical analyses, and economic models. This client-facing role involves partnering with senior scientific leaders to ensure projects are well-planned, executed smoothly, and delivered on time and to expectation. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with a strong understanding of HEOR deliverables and consulting environments, adept at managing complex, multi-workstream projects, timelines, and client interactions. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with scientific and technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with project tracking tools.
• Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects.
• Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs.
• Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight across individual projects and portfolios of work (particularly JCA programs).
• Support or lead project management discussions on client-facing projects, prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports.
• Ensure clear communication of status, risks, dependencies, and actions to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor scope changes and manage change order processes, documenting impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal workflows, facilitate alignment across disciplines (evidence synthesis, statistics, health economic modelling), document decisions and actions.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of agreed processes and milestones, including coordination of internal/external review cycles and collation of feedback.
• Ensure on-time delivery, support financial and scope tracking, and escalate risks or resourcing issues early to project leadership.
• Work with clients to maintain an organized repository of deliverables.
• Support strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization, balancing competing demands, optimizing resource allocation, and aligning project execution with organizational and client objectives.
• Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates, ensuring best practices are applied consistently.
• Facilitate cross-project knowledge sharing and lessons learned to improve delivery quality and inform future study design.
• Leverage project management tools and data to generate insights for data-driven decision-making and transparent reporting.
• Support proposal development and study start-up activities, including timeline development.
