About The Position

Precision AQ HEOR, part of Precision Medicine Group LLC, is seeking a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programs, with a focus on Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) submissions, systematic literature reviews, statistical analyses, and economic models. This is a client-facing role partnering with senior scientific leaders to ensure projects are well-planned, well-run, and delivered on time and to expectation. The role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight. Responsibilities include supporting or leading project management discussions, preparing project plans and reports, monitoring scope changes, coordinating internal workflows, facilitating alignment across disciplines, and ensuring on-time delivery. The role also involves supporting strategic portfolio oversight, developing project management tools and templates, facilitating knowledge sharing, leveraging project management tools for insights, and supporting proposal development and study start-up activities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage
Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects
Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs
Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams
Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

End-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight across individual projects and portfolios of work (particularly JCA program's).
Support or lead project management discussions on client-facing projects.
Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports.
Ensure clear communication of status, risks, dependencies, and actions.
Monitor scope changes and manage change order processes, documenting impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate internal workflows, facilitate alignment across disciplines, document decisions and actions, and support monitoring and evaluation of agreed processes and milestones.
Coordinate internal/external review cycle timelines and collate feedback from various external reviewers.
Ensure on-time delivery, support financial and scope tracking, and escalate risks or resourcing issues early to project leadership.
Work with clients to maintain an organized repository of deliverables.
Support strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization, working with senior leadership to balance competing demands, optimize resource allocation, and align project execution with broader organizational and client objectives.
Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates, ensuring best practices are applied consistently across projects and teams.
Facilitate cross-project knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
Leverage project management tools and data to generate insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and transparent reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
Support proposal development and study start-up activities, including timeline development.
