Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Abilities to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate and meet internal and external customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering with 5-10 years of post-college experience
- P.E Certification
- Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design build and/or geotechnical contracting experience
- Proficient in soil mixing, stone columns, compaction grouting, injection grouting
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated ground improvement projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- Management of the civil scope of this project including ground improvements, earth work and precast.
- Subcontractor management.
