About The Position

Venture Home is hiring a Solar Operations - Project Manager, Financial Operations to help keep solar projects moving by ensuring financing milestones are submitted accurately and on time. The role involves preparing and submitting milestone packages through financing-partner and internal portals, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and managing a high-volume project pipeline. The company is willing to train suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer-service focus.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple submissions and partner requirements simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple web portals and learning new software.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the solar industry.
• Experience with the Aurora solar design tool.
• CRM experience, including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Navigate financing-partner and internal portals to prepare and submit project milestone packages.
• Upload the appropriate photos and documentation for each milestone submission, ensuring packages meet partner requirements the first time.
• Communicate with customers, internal departments, and financial partners to gather missing items, resolve rejected or stalled submissions, and provide milestone-status updates.
• Track daily tasks and manage a high-volume project pipeline with strong attention to detail.
• Submit all ready milestone packages daily so that none remain in the queue.
