About The Position

We are seeking a Fibre Network Connectivity Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects focused on fibre optic connectivity, ISP/OSP network deployment, and telecommunications infrastructure. This role will oversee fibre installation, network coordination, and connectivity scopes across complex commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) fibre projects, along with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in fast-paced construction settings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing fibre optic, telecommunications, or network infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of: ISP (Inside Plant) fibre systems
  • Strong understanding of: OSP (Outside Plant) fibre infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of: Fibre splicing, testing, and commissioning
  • Strong understanding of: Structured cabling and telecommunications systems
  • Strong understanding of: Network connectivity and pathway coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate across various project stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure construction environments preferred
  • Familiarity with fibre testing tools including OTDR and certification processes
  • Experience with utility coordination and underground/conduit infrastructure is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting data centers, manufacturing facilities, airports, or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of fibre network and connectivity projects from planning through commissioning and turnover
  • Oversee ISP and OSP fibre installation and infrastructure activities
  • Coordinate fibre routing, splicing, testing, and connectivity between buildings and critical infrastructure systems
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and utility coordination efforts
  • Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards
  • Coordinate closely with construction, low voltage, security, and IT/network teams throughout project execution
  • Support fibre testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and final handover documentation
  • Monitor project risks and proactively resolve field or connectivity issues
  • Lead client and coordination meetings and provide regular project updates
