About The Position

Coordinates Facility Projects to ensure a safe, timely and economical completion, compliance with codes and regulations, customer satisfaction, quality standards. Scope of projects include moderate costs, risk and visibility. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of related work experience necessary involving renovation and/or remodeling projects
• Blueprint reading (Auto CAD experience necessary)
• Obtaining contractor proposals
• Outside contractor coordination/supervision is required
• Bachelor of Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Architect), or equivalent is required. In lieu of educational requirement 6 years of experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in work delegation is preferred.
