About The Position

Integrity Roofing & Construction is hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to support the continued growth of our Other Exterior Services (OES) division based out of our Poulsbo office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who enjoys balancing field operations, customer relationships, estimating, and project management. As our Project Manager / Estimator, you'll oversee projects from initial estimate through final completion while ensuring every customer receives the quality, communication, and craftsmanship that Integrity Roofing is known for. Requirements

Previous experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent, or similar construction role.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience using construction software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Residential exterior construction
Roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, decks, or painting
Insurance restoration
Construction estimating
Project scheduling and production coordination
Customer-facing sales or consulting

Responsibilities

Manage exterior construction projects from estimate through final completion.
Meet with homeowners to inspect projects, gather measurements, and prepare accurate estimates.
Coordinate schedules with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Order materials and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
Communicate proactively with customers, providing updates and resolving concerns.
Maintain accurate project documentation and update company software.
Assist with estimating as lead volume continues to increase.
Work closely with production and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Integrity Roofing's quality standards.
