Track progress and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on schedule.
Review project performance to identify efficiencies, address issues, and improve future outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on status, progress, and any challenges.
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates with clearly defined scopes of work.
Maintain accurate records of time spent on customer projects and ensure all billable hours are properly entered into the ERP system using the Data Collection App.
