The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of major ERP transformation initiatives. This role serves as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, implementation partners, and program leadership to ensure scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain aligned to program objectives. The Project Manager provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle, driving accountability, facilitating decision-making, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring readiness across all phases of the ERP implementation. This role operates within a complex, multi-workstream environment supporting the migration of multiple legacy ERP platforms to Infor CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise (CSDe). Success in this role requires situational awareness — knowing when to lead collaboratively, when to work through the organizational hierarchy, and when to roll up your sleeves and get the work done.
