$95,100 - $137,400Remote

About The Position

ArcherPoint is hiring an ERP Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for mid-market clients. In this role, you’ll own the full project lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live—working closely with client stakeholders, internal solution architects, and functional consultants to deliver on time, on scope, and on budget. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires equal parts structure and adaptability. ArcherPoint, a Cherry Bekaert company, is a Microsoft Dynamics partner with deep expertise in Business Central implementations. We’re not a typical consulting firm—our team operates with a strong sense of ownership and accountability that shapes everything from how we serve clients to how we support each other. We work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your contributions directly shape the company’s future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex ERP implementations in mid-market environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at the executive level
  • Strong command of agile project management principles and sprint-based delivery
  • Proficiency in monday.com for project tracking and team coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, occasionally on short notice

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project management or agile certification
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Familiarity with ISV solutions (e.g., LS Central, Boltrics) or other Business Central extensions

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery using agile frameworks and sprint-based methodologies, from project initiation through go-live and hypercare.
  • Build and maintain project plans, sprint plans, risk registers, and lessons-learned documentation throughout the engagement.
  • Facilitate client workshops, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and executive steering committee meetings with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage scope, change requests, and contract adherence—escalating risks early and proposing practical mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Manager and practice leads to ensure the right expertise is assigned at the right time.
  • Serve as a servant leader to your project team—fostering psychological safety, coaching team members, and maintaining morale through the peaks and valleys of a long-haul implementation.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams.
  • Maintain strong project health metrics and provide transparent, timely reporting to internal leadership and clients.
