About The Position

The Project Manager will oversee projects from the initial client interaction through estimating, pre-construction planning, and final handover to operations. Requirements

  • AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or project management.
  • Strong estimating and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting information.
  • Strong organization, accountability, and deadline focus.
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous construction-related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scopes of work, site plans, and accurate cost estimates (primary focus)
  • Drive new business and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and conditions
  • Manage projects from estimating through execution and operational handoff
  • Lead client communication, meetings, and pre-construction planning
  • Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and accounting to ensure successful delivery
  • Support project scheduling, estimating, and execution as needed
  • Deliver strong customer service and support overall sales goals
  • Work in both office and active construction jobsite environments
