Requirements
- AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or project management
- Strong estimating and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting information
- Strong organization, accountability, and deadline focus
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction-related experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop scopes of work, site plans, and accurate cost estimates
- Drive new business and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and conditions
- Manage projects from estimating through execution and operational handoff
- Lead client communication, meetings, and pre-construction planning
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and accounting to ensure successful delivery
- Support project scheduling, estimating, and execution as needed
- Deliver strong customer service and support overall sales goals
- Work in both office and active construction jobsite environments
